Work with large, complex data sets to identify business insights, opportunities, and data anomalies including
Monitoring web performance and identifying and reporting on trends across key business dimensions (geo, journey, traffic channel, etc.)
Set up automated alerts in the tool and take appropriate action to investigate and explain or to escalate when necessary.
Monitor client store performance weekly and support category manager with insights.
Use Power BI or Adobe Analytics reports (commerce data) to track client store performance and ensure trends are healthy.
Monitor open tickets/requests with partner teams to understand progress and cross-group work-items
Provide subject matter expertise of data systems to identify and build performance reporting and content to support our weekly and monthly rhythms, including:
Partner across teams utilizing clear, concise, and effective communication to assist in operational reporting projects, root cause analysis, and issue and resolution management
Work with Category and Program Managers to define performance overviews, roadmap for tracking, reporting and communication
Ensure that all analytics content is ready for running of the business deliverables provided by partner teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience using web analytics software required.
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple data sources to drive data-driven decisions
